Refund policy

Refunds: Currently, we do not offer refunds for store purchases.

Exchanges or Store Credit: If you’d like to exchange an item or receive store credit, we allow exchanges for unworn swimwear and clothing under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with the tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
• You can provide a purchase receipt if requested.
• You contact the romie the label team within 7 days of purchase to request an exchange or store credit.
• The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return. Please also note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to proceed with an exchange/store credit please contact us on info@romiethelabel.com.au. Please ensure you include your order number and name. we will try our best to get back to your asap. 

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our team at info@romiethelabel.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos of the fault or damage. Once our team has reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will provide either a store credit or a refund.
